Please take some time to read the terms of usage listed below. These concern the
usage of the site.
All graphics and contents of this site are exclusive property of this site and are copyright
@ 2007 and onward by Yunie. All rights reserved. By viewing any of the pages on this site, you acknowledge that
you have agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. If you disagree, for whatever reason, you are not
permitted to view this website. And we may edit or change these terms when we think is needed, with or without
any prior notice. Any graphics or content submitted by a user, is copyrighted to that user only
and the user will be stated on the page or graphic. When the submitted graphic or content comes from a staff
member, no link will be used. Bar2aYunie cannot be held liable for any copyright infringement within a
user-submitted graphic.
The Terms
No Direct Linking - It means you are not allowed to link my graphics somewhere outside of Bar2aYunie.
Direct linking is bandwidth theft and we will not tolerate it. We have statistics that will show when somebody
is using direct links from anything on this site, so it's easily traced. The host will be contacted to resolve
the problem. Instead, save the images and upload them on your own site or on sites like ImageShack
or PhotoBucket, so you can have your images stored for free and you can link from there.
We are not liable for content on external sites we have linked to and the views of these sites don't have to
reflect ours. If you have a problem with an external site's content, contact the owner of that site.
Graphics are free and thus meant to be linkware. Therefore, you should give a visible and appropriate
recognition and thanks to the designer. So link back to Bar2aYunie, where you took the graphic from.
Graphics are for personal use only, meaning you may not sell the graphicsw or use them for commercial
purposes. You can use them for your site, but make sure that proper credit is given, meaning a link back to
Bar2aYunie is required. You may not edit or remove any of the credits, unless you have gotten written permission
from the designer. The same rules apply to any of our contents.
You may not redistribute the graphics, unless you have the permission to do so by the designer. You
may not replicate any content or graphic from this site, meaning that you cannot take any content or graphic
from this site and claim it as your own, nor can you take any content or graphic from this site an re-write or
edit it and claim it as yours. Also, you may not base anything on content or graphics from this site, be sure
that your content is original! If you do want to use something, make sure you give credits and not claim it
as your own!
Do not threaten, harass, spam, send hatemail or flame me or anyone else at Bar2aYunie. Of course, you can
complain about something, but do it in a normal way and use the contact form or the forums to let us know why
you are angry.
Design Terms
Do not remove any watermarks or designer marks
Do not copy any html or css coding and use it for your own designs
Make sure you place credits and links back to Bar2aYunie when using a design
Graphic Terms
When using any of the Graphics from Bar2aYunie, link back
Graphics and Layouts are for personal use only, contact me if you want to use them for commercial purposes
When using an avatar, you can add your name or site name, but you may not change anything else
Do not use any graphics as a base for your graphics (no cropping down into smaller buttons, banners or
avatars)
Recource Terms
Textures and Brushes are for personal use only, contact me if you want to use them for commercial purposes
Do not download or copy any Brushes or Layouts and use them on your site, not even if you have a link to
Bar2aYunie. They are owned by Bar2aYunie and may only spread by us. Link back to our download page instead
You may not copy the Tutorials and place them on your own site. When you have used a Tutorial from Bar2aYunie
for your graphics, a link back to our site would be appreciated
