The Solomon Ring

There are four points you can visit n the area outside of Eshtar: Lunatic Pandora Laboratory, Sorceress Memorial, Lunar Gate and Tears' Point. All of these locations should be highlighted now on the World Map.

Go to Tears' Point and walk all the way to the center to obtain the Solomon Ring. The Solomon Ring is used to gain the GF Doomtrain, so you'll be able to summon him in battle. To use it, you need 18 items:

6 Steel Pipes

6 Remedy+

6 Malboro Tentacles

You can get the Steel Pipes items by stealing Steel Pipes from Wendigo's, which you can find in Timber Roshfall Forest. Remember which forest you entered to get to Galbadia Garden? The forest in front of it is Roshfall Forest. You can use the Med Level Up ability from Alexander to create Remdy+. And you can steal or win Malboro Tentacles from Malboro's, which you can find in Grandidi Forest (the Chocobo Forest where the Chocobo Sanctuary is) or on the Great Plains of Esthar.

You don't have to fight Doomtrain, you will simple obtain it once you have the 18 items and use the Solomon Ring. Once you have summoned it (used the Ring), it'll join you without putting you through a hard battle.
